Hi @nads - Welcome to the community. There's some information here on Scope that may possibly be of some use, or give you ideas about where to get a carer for your son. See: https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/finding-a-carer-for-your-child/
Perhaps other parents here may also be able to help. Please let us know how you get on, and if there's anything else we can support you with.

    Welcome to our online community/family?

I can see that you have already had some great info/advice from two of my good friends.

Hi @nads and welcome to the Community.  It is nice to meet you and thank you for sharing with us.  I hope you find the fab advice above to be useful to you and wish you well in finding a carer for your son.  As @chiarieds has already said, please keep in touch and let us know how you and your son get on.  If we can be of any further help/support to you then please just ask.  All the best.

Hi @nads and welcome to the Community.  I am another Community Champion.  I would recommend contacting local advocacy charities for guidance locally.  I know that some Councils will put information on their websites about carers organisations that are available to local residents.  Good luck.
