Hiya, new to all this, I have a 10 year old daughter who is autistic and is on high rate care, low rate mobility, would I be eligible for a discount for road tax?

HI and welcome,I'm one of the community champions here on scope and i'm here to help and advise others.Unfortunately, DLA low rate mobility doesn't qualify for any reduced road tax. The 50% road tax reduction applies to standard rate PIP mobility and she's too young to claim PIP.For the free road tax then she would need to be claiming high rate mobility DLA.
