Hello @Firefly123   Please can I wish you all the best a positive outcome.

    Some little tips, have anxiety.

Before you go out have a good breakfast Porridge or Eggs.

Calm music Classic FM. Drink cold water , deep breathing.

Do you have any support worker for the attending of your assessment?

    Or any one supporting you.

Speaking on your behalf.  If you need to.

Try to be thinking positive clear precise thoughts, questions take your time.

I used still do bring a bottle of water, then have a sip while thinking of the answer.

I do know to reassure you, had lots of these.

Had more positive outcomes then negative ones.

Please contact me  anytime after wards, be a pleasure supporting you.

If I can offer compassion and empathy.  Some one to talk things over.

As I have mental health myself know right now what you experiencing.

Please take care best wishes in my prayers and thoughts.

As no one came today for the assessment i'd advise you to ring DWP as soon as possible and tell them that no one came. I've heard of this happening before and they've actually gone to the wrong house and reported that no one was in the property when they arrived. If this happens it could cause problems and the health assessment providers could send your file back to DWP with a failure to attend.  To protect yourself then please ring DWP and tell them what's happened today.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
