Paper based last minute

Hello my son had a face to face tommorow but a nurse from health professional from atso gave us a call and she asked a few questions and then said she decided that no face to face was needed for him and all will be paper based is this a good thing as I don't no if not having a face to face might go against you the seemed like a nice lady just worried about he's out come not attending f2f

    Hello lea, having a paper based assessment is nothing to worry about it may be because your son's condition are not getting better or going to change so just checking a few details to complete the assessment. Wait a week then request a copy of your assessment report and on receiving it you can workout what you're award may should be but you still have to wait for the official award confirmation letter which can take up to 8 weeks.
