HI and welcome,I have no idea what the A164 letter is, despite my benefit knowledge. My only advice will be to ring them and ask why you've been sent it.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

@Cassie19 Hello and welcome to the community I am a community champion here at scope and its great to welcome you to the community. I don't know the answer to your question and as advised by Poppy it may be worth giving them a call to put your mind at ease

Ived sent form now don’t have numbers as it was Wales I think as it was just 1 piece of paper ?

This sounds like it could be to do with the Incapacity benefit to ESA underpayments. Those that were transferred from IB weren't assessed for any income related top up and lots of people were underpaid. If the form asked you lots of questions about house income/savings/capital and pensions then this is most likely what it was for.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

I think we'd best ask my friend @poppy123456 to have a look. Thank you, Poppy.

This is a form asking for more information about other money, that you may have each month. Are you claiming any work pensions or anything like that?
