Physio guides and best techniques for the time strapped

We are receiving about an hour a week of physio and about the same in play therapy for our 1 year old son who hasn't had a formal diagnosis for CP but is clearly severely disabled. All 4 limbs are stiff, he doesn't roll over, poor head control, he's able to lift his head up but not able to sit unsupported, his arm control is lacking, it also makes things worse that he can't see and has feeding troubles and currently has a tube fitted which in turn means the window of opportunity to do physio without him throwing up is even less. He has a twin brother and an older brother who's 4 in May so looking after them as well means we have even less time to focus on exercises.
At the risk of sounding impatient and not accepting the futility of it all I'd like to know what exercises provide the quickest gains. I know a professional should be able to answer this but I'm reaching out to people who have lived this themselves.
Are there any guides people can point me to online?
Is there anyone else in a similar situation out there?
I guess everyone feels this but I feel like I could be doing more.

Hi @mfosbrook
Welcome to the community.
Unfortunately, there is no quick fix when it comes to physiotherapy. the repetition of the stretches and exercises create muscle memory. I have had many years of physiotherapy for my CP, it is hard work and time consuming but very necessary and worthwhile.
Here are some organisations that may be able to help:
Bobath
The Movement Centre
It's very easy to feel like you could do more. You seem to have your hands full! Be kind to yourself.
