Hi all. This morning at my hospice drop in centre, I was offered a massage.
I was thrilled to be asked. It was on my neck, shoulders and back.
Oh my word! It was truly heavenly! The therapist had magic hands,
Being in a wheelchair does restrict movement.
When the lady has finished, she wrapped me in warm towels..........oooooooo.
She smiled when I said I felt cocooned in warmth and safety!

My Mom used to massage my shoulders but since she had a stroke 13 yrs ago she has not been able to do it. I miss how it relaxes me!

If you can get a massage, go for it.
