Ive been told it can take upto a few month to receive backpay since receiving award letter and upto a week to receive letter about backpay after receiving award letter
-
That's not correct after a face to face assessment decision. It can take a couple of months after a Tribunal win.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

This is NOT a tribunal or mandatory reconsideration win it was paper based after a 2nd health condition and awarded lcwra it was decision awarded after paper based assessment so just got to wait on payment now

Yes, i know it wasn't a Tribunal win, which is why i advised that people aren't usually kept waiting for months before backdated money is paid.
