PIP runs out soon but assessments cancelled

Hi ive been waiting for a pip assessment. Just got 1 through to find out all assignments have been canceled. My pip runs out on 20th April 2020. I've phoned pip and assessments center Noone seems to know what's happening. My blue badge and bus pass are due to run out to don't know what to do I'm really worried

Hi @Annjan88 - Welcome to the community, & thank you for joining. No-one knows for certain what's happening as it's early days. It's possible PIP assessments may be paper-based, or done by phone. Hopefully we'll all know a bit more soon about this. I'm pleased you've joined; stay in touch, & as soon as we know more you'll see it here.Meanwhile, please do talk here any time.

HI and welcome,Face to face assessments have all been suspended for at least 3 months. The plan is for either paper based or telephone assessment. Link confirms this. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/face-to-face-health-assessments-for-benefits-suspended-amid-coronavirus-outbreak
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
