What is your favourite animal? Ever fancied meeting a Tiger, a panda or a Great White Shark. Well now you can type the name of an animal into google and click view in 3D. You can then place it in your home. 

Fun for little kids and the big kids amongst us. :smiley:

Mine is camel lol still waiting for them to make one that I can enjoy in my home! :smile:

    i would like a baby chimp he/she could live in the house as i do. i know they grow to be very strong and very big so this would only be a short arrangement. more like fixed-term fostering. i got all emotional watching planet of the apes

    @mrsbuttons - Baby chimps are so adorable,  you would have a lot of laughs.
    Have you tried the taking your picture with in Google?

    Our place is tiny, so thinking practically I'd have to go for something like a duck, but ideally we'd have a Giant panda.

    We've had a lot of fun over the weekend, messing around with Google AR and I'm looking forward to them adding many more animals. It was particularly entertaining (possibly not as much for her) when I took a picture of a ball python outside my daughter's bedroom.

    For reference, if you want to play around with Google AR, you need to use a smart phone, then go onto Google and search for the animal of your choice from the following list: 
    • Tiger
    • Alligator
    • Angler fish
    • Brown bear
    • Cat
    • Cheetah
    • Dog
    • Duck
    • Eagle
    • Emperor penguin
    • Giant panda
    • Goat
    • Hedgehog
    • Horse
    • Lion
    • Macaw
    • Octopus
    • Shark
    • Shetland pony
      Snake
    • Tiger
    • Turtle
    • Wolf
    When it finds an animal within the list, it should come up with a screen like this, with the 'View in 3D' option:
