Is LCWRA the same as a disability element?

hello. I am about to apply for Watersure Plus scheme. On the form it states that you don’t have to include such things as disability element of any other benefit. You can have to give all other info, yearly income, child benefit etc.
i have a few questions, so hoping someone can advise me. I’ve just received on my journal that the LCWRA will continue for me, so is this the same as a disability element? Also, when writing on the form about yearly income, do I give the whole total, or deduct the rent from UC payments?
Thankyou in advance

HI,The only benefits that are excluded from that will be PIP/DLA and Attendance allowance. All of your UC, including housing element needs to be included.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
