Washing hands when you only have one

We are told, in these covid-19 times, to wash our hands with soap and water. There are even useful videos to show us,
But what are you supposed to do if you only have one functioning hand? My right arm has spasticity which causes it to be permanently parked on my chest. I do wash my left hand, but only the parts that I can reach with the fingers of that same hand. Ideas?

Hi,
Just a thought but could you use your other arm / elbow or a knee /leg to rub your palm, back of hand and fingers against?
For between your fingers I can only think of soaping up a flannel (or sponge or cloth of some sort) and squeezing this in your hand so the soap can spread between your fingers.
I think you would need to pour boiling water over the flannel after you used it so any viruses aren't left on the flannel for next time you use it then hang it up to dry (or throw the cloth in the washing machine each time) -
Hi @jacksprat and a very warm welcome to the community!
Here is some information about how you can wash your hand when you have reduced function on one side. I hope this helps.Scope -
Hi @jacksprat
I use something like this - as my left arm is weak so I can't raise my arm much to chest height.
