Disabled Tax Exemption

Hello,
Okay so we know someone on Enhanced Mobility can get 100% discount on car tax - but has anyone ever tried it on a campervan? I have decided to cancel my car order and instead, due to relationship breakdown and stuff, move into a campervan and live nearby on the public land for the kids sake - but having my own space and sort of independence at the same time (and still getting some help that I need)
But at £280 a year I wonder if it's possible to get the exemption?
Thanks

Hi @soconfused
You should contact the DVLA on telephone 0300 790 6802, to get a definitive answer to your question.
Let us know how you get on.

Thanks.

DVLA are only taking calls from front line NHS staff - or so it says.
So I guess I will have to tax it as usual and then ask when this is all over. I am getting it this week locally -
Just to update - turns out the certificate you get with Enhanced Mobility allows you to take the V5 and the cert along to the post office and get it taxed instantly. I forgot to update but I hope it helps anyone else. I think you can use the same cert multiple times on different cars (they write down the reg each time) I got mine on a Motorhome I was borrowing for 6 months

Thanks for updating everyone @soconfused
