hello everyone
hope everyone is doing alright in these difficult times. I want to tell a little about myself first, i am studying Msc in child and adolescent mental health from a university in the UK. I was undertaking a research project which was very close to my heart. I wanted to understand the lived experience of young persons having a disabled sibling. I was in contact with many organizations but now they cant provide me with access. I know this is a safe space for people who have a disability and there have been numerous studies related to the children and parents' experiences but the siblings get left behind.
I just want a few people who can help me out as i don't want to give up this research. I will hope that someone will understand my situation. I am not even from here so I don't know who to ask for help.

I am sorry if I offended anyone or made any upset.
have a nice day/night. God bless everyone

Hi @dev26 - Welcome to the community & thank you for joining. I'm sure you haven't caused any upset, & certainly no offence, & you have indeed come to the right place for understanding how much your research matters to you. In what way are you hoping the community may help you?

Thankyou to everyone for the lovely and warm support . I am feeling very grateful that you all have shown such keen interest, means a lot to me.
So basicaly i need young persons aged 16-24 who have a disabled sibling for an online interview on skype/ zoom. The interview will be 45 min long and i will need the participant to click a photograph of what disability means to them which will be followed by a semi structured interview.
If anyone is interested they can let me know and i can email them with all the ethical details  and further information  . This research project is to add to literature and help further policies and support groups which help individuals all over the world.

Thankyou all so much again for this positive response.
Happy weekend and Happy easter to everyone who is celebrating :)
    good day/night
