Hi my pip assesment report has not reflected much of what I have said at all she has scored me 4 mobilty 9 daily living I'm absolutely disgusted that she has not took in to account what I have said it may as well have been guess work.
When I ring dwp Monday what should I say I know this isn't the final report I hope someone sees sense in this on their end.

Hi, 9 daily living gets you the standard rate, the DWP DM will usually go with the HCP report when making an award but not always, there is little point in contacting the DWP until you get their decision.
When you do get the decision from the DWP come back and ask for advice on what to do next.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡 -
Okay thanks

Why has she scored things like this for instance I can't cook a simple meal my partner does it all but she has said I can with an aid or appliance? That's going against evidence provided

Hello @kane1994. I'm sorry you're unhappy with the contents of your assessment report.
Once you have your decision letter, have a read through that and see if you want to appeal.
The first state is a mandatory reconsideration and we have some information about the process here: www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/challenging-PIP-or-other-benefits-decisions
