Hi anyone else had this
I'm awaiting to go to tribunial
I was, awarded standard rate mobility
Dla Sept 2019id sent a social services assesment in to court also Prof as a
Result of my balance issues broke my
Shoulder
In Fri Dwp rang say in light new evidence
They could award me E mobility care stay
The woman said ring back following day
Was pushing me tell her what decision I'd make
Sat she rings back I told her I need E care
Aswell as my partner does everything for me social services Had r effered me for b athhroom adaption
She got angry said the appeal look at your
Original claim your not getting award for
Your broken shoulder don't come back to
Us when get nothing
I told her my shoulder wasn't a issue I had
List of issues on claim form that were still issues now that they she had reconised
The previous day
Bye phone went down

Hi @Elle1998 my sisters brother was suppose to go tribunal ........ had all the paperwork in the world , a few weeks before he was suppose to go to tribunal they called him up and gave him enhanced rate for both components. obviously I’m going saying DWP will call every person up and award them it before they go court. but it does happen! he’s been paid now 8.4K and has been awarded it for 5 years!!!! As long it you go off the descriptors and fit in them you should be fine. a neighbour worked as a decision maker down my road and he said we are not medically trained, also he said 9/10 DWP don’t bother going to the tribunal. hope that helps.

The Dwp sent my offer in to tribunial they said offered me E mobility extra 2 points for daily livinng they never
Appeal Fri by telephone -
