hi any information on what's happening regarding the pip tribunals is there a back log in the North Yorkshire area. Rang courts lady said standard waiting time 35 weeks I'm currently at 28 weeks waiting. I understand the current pandemic is a factor. Also does uncontrolled blood sugars re..erratic diabetes help for a tribunal case I have had this for over 2 years constantly since being diagnosed along with leg nerve damage and my balance along with ptsd and panic disorder level 2 for the last 15 years. Any help much appreciated.

The backlogs are coming down now, in most areas at least. It was likely to be a 52 week wait a few months back! No-one can tell you the exact time though, all you can do is wait to hear from them.

PIP isn't about your diagnosis, so diabetes isn't directly helpful, it's about what you can & can't do for specific descriptors for the majority of the time. Have you previously looked at the descriptors to work out which ones apply to yourself?
