    Can I ask if you mean you're recovering from coronavirus?

    I have had the virus and in Weelk 7 of recovery had to go into hospital because I had pneumonia as well

    Back out of hospital after being on oxygen for 6 days but the effects of pneumonia still around if I do manual work I get puffy very quickly and have to rest

    From experience, pneumonia is really debilitating, so make sure to take it easy @Jonesy1. How are you keeping busy at the moment?

    I go for a walk at a cemetery with the missus and exercise every other day for 10 mins
