You will be fine, I am awaiting a phone tribunal.
Do you have someone who can listen in on the call?
Is that allowed?
I can imagine how you may be feeling write now.
I wish you all the best, just try to get your point accross explain how your health affects you. X -
Thankyou so much. Doing my homework just now as I will be on my own tomorrow ?

Hi @Bennyboy1928 - I just wanted to wish you well for tomorrow. It's good you're preparing for it. Just take your time, ask for questions to be repeated if necessary, & know that phone tribunals have a great success rate at the moment.Just try to get across the difficulties you faced at the time of your assessment. Why you had difficulties with any activity that applied, what happened at the time or afterwards, how did you feel, could you do the activity when you wanted, if not why, could you do it safely? etc.Make notes of the most important things you want to say, & be completely honest. Good luck, & please let us know how you get on, thank you.

I hope it went well?
-
@Bennyboy1928 how did you go?
-
It wasn't too bad.There is 3 of them judge doctor and DWP. They did not go to all the forms .Each 1 asks about how your disability efects you each day But be wary they try and get u mixed up so really take your time and think about what your answer is going to be.They called 10 mins early and it lasted 25 minutes which wasn't too bad .All in I thought it went ok.nut who knows.Its the waiting game now ???
-
Glad it was ok for you. I hope you do not have to wait too long for a decsion. Take a deep breath...take care
-
Fingers crossed @Bennyboy1928! Please do let us know how you get on.
