Frustrated about PIP tribunal

I've waited 6 months for my tribunal pip case.. Can't attend in person and tbh I'm fed up of going on these health assessments.. They lied about my last visit.. So frustrating.. Said I was on my own when I wasn't.. Its like its my word against theirs.. Of course they will believe the pip people?

    Thank you so much.. I had three assements last year.. Draining for me... Te doctor and specialist also write letters confirming my illness and I've still had to go through all the appeals.. But again thank you.. Really helps x

    Hi Claire75 - & welcome to the community from me too. If I may just add to the support & advice given above. Sadly you're not the first person here that has had a poor experience over PIP assessments. With a tribunal, it's important to know that they are impartial, & often seem to discount the assessments done on behalf of the DWP. So, they will make their own judgement, looking at all of the evidence afresh.
    What it's important to get across is how your disability affects you for the activities you have problems with. Your Drs medical information will not be questioned, but they need to know why you have problems, & saying you have it for any specific diagnosis doesn't help. Try & give a couple of examples for each applicable activity as to when, how, & why it's difficult. Does it cause pain, does it take you longer than someone without your disability, do you need help/support, can you repeat the activity as often as you'd like, can you do it safely, does it have a consequence such that it might leave you exhausted, etc. Your own individual response.

    Thank you for your reply...yes I've heard a few times that they seem to change alot of the things that was said in the interview...if I go on another one I will be recording it next time with the official equipment ...thank you for the link too
