Hi does anyone know about telephone assessments I've a appointment on Friday and want to know what to expect

My OH had a PIP renewal telephone assessment at the end of last year, took all of 15 minutes and resulted in no change to the award, I would suggest you make a note of everything you want to get across, and think before you answer their questions.
