They gave me FOUR days (I am VERY mistaken lol)

Today, the 8th, I got my capability for work questionnaire.
It was sent on the 4th of July, with a deadline of 7th of July.

They gave me four days to receive it, fill it out and send it back.

Edit: forgive me, I have got my days all mixed up  :(

    Hi @Cat39. Do you mean July or June? If you mean July you have just over 4 weeks to complete it. :smile:

    Don't worry about it, I've done it myself so very many times!  :smile: The form itself can be enough to make anyone panic!
