They gave me FOUR days (I am VERY mistaken lol)

Today, the 8th, I got my capability for work questionnaire.

It was sent on the 4th of July, with a deadline of 7th of July.

They gave me four days to receive it, fill it out and send it back.

Don't worry about it, I've done it myself so very many times!  The form itself can be enough to make anyone panic!
