Hello @Gazsparky and welcome to the community. I'm glad to hear they give you plenty of opportunity to speak and that you weren't waiting as long as expected for the tribunal. Good luck with the outcome, please let us know how you get on.Community Manager

well I got my decison today and I have to say I am very happy with the outcome. we haven't received everything that we lost but we can't complain either.
I am in receipt of high rate care PIP once again as well as the lwcra element, am I right in saying that we are unable to apply for the carer element of UC? -
Had my letter today, the tribunal have gave me an extra 2 points more than the DWP did for care, so I now have standard care, back dated from Sept 2019 I still have standard mobility with 10 points, ( the same as the DWP ) even though a medical report from a specialist centre states I can only walk 20M at best without discomfort. after going through physio. why ask for medical records if they are not going to take any notice of it? probably because I work. Oh well better than nothing.

Reaching state pension age doesn't automatically entitle you to an ongoing award.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
