Hi
I have anxiety and low mood so decided to join a community where I can make new friends and get support. During lockdown my anxiety is worse so glad there is somewhere like here I’m very lonely and new here.

Hey I am not doing so good again can you do 1:1s here @Adrian_Scope
-
Hi @danijames. I'm sorry you're not doing great at the moment. Do you have much support around you from friends and family at the moment?
Unfortunately 1:1s aren't a service we're able to provide, but there are lots of text-based services available out there, such as Shout which you can access by texting SHOUT to 85258, or talking services like Samaritans which you can call on 116 123.Community Manager

I'm sorry @danijames. Can I ask if you get much support from any mental health teams local to you?Community Manager

@danijames. Sorry to hear your not getting support from anywhere, you should try the places Adrian suggested, also I think you should speak to your doctor and ask for help take care.
