Hi
What does an ongoing award mean with a 10 year review until at least May 2030. Can they contact you before or just leave you until that date.

Hi @Kittyc In answer to y0ur question an ongoing award with a 10 year review is just the same as any other award as it is just length of award.. At present you normally get review forms 6 months prior to award ending.
There is talk about a light touch review in the future for those with long awards and condition not going to get better but at present this isn't in place

Thanks for the reply. It just confusing when you have a letter that you have an ongoing award, and they will not contact you until at least June 2030. I was chuffed to get awarded to be honest after reading all the horror stories.
I'll definitely tackle any audit queries thanks everyone.

Just to confirm that this was a claim that was agreed rather than a tribunal
