hi am Christine it’s taken me along time to build up courage to message here
i suffer from severe anxiety and have been bullied from young
my anxiety gradually got worse now for last few years I suffer from most symptoms

Hi @Christine67 - Welcome to this friendly community. I'm sorry to read about the problems you face, but pleased you plucked up the courage to join us all. We have many members that unfortunately suffer from anxiety, so you'll find a lot of understanding in this group. Most of us here have disabling disorders, but we do our best to help & support each other. I'm sure you'll find this a good place to be, & please do say if there's anything you feel we can help you with. Nice to 'meet' you.
