i came across from esa originally i was awarded one years support group allowance then after 6 months i came across to uc an lwrca was added automatically when i transferred may i ask i was awarded support group till may 2020 origionally an was told my lwrca is till may 2020
an im still getting the lwrca rate how does it work will i still recieve my elemnet till new booklet is sent an new Assasemnt is given

Your LCWRA award should continue until a new decision is made @hello20. So even after you're sent a new UC50 form or have a new assessment, until they make a decision on the outcome, you'll continue to receive the LCWRA rate.0

got got awarded Lwrca today I handed my first sick note in on august 2023 while I get back pay please0

If there were no breaks in your sick notes, you'll receive LWCRA pay from the 4th payment cycle. Though any back pay can take a while to calculate and pay out, but they'll let you know.0 -
