Your LCWRA award should continue until a new decision is made @hello20. So even after you're sent a new UC50 form or have a new assessment, until they make a decision on the outcome, you'll continue to receive the LCWRA rate.

HI @cazag62 and congratulations on your award!
If there were no breaks in your sick notes, you'll receive LWCRA pay from the 4th payment cycle. Though any back pay can take a while to calculate and pay out, but they'll let you know.

First payment will potentially be either Dec or Jan. The exact date will depend on the answer to the following questions.

1/ What date exactly did you provide your first fit note?

2/ What date do you usually receive your money each month?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
