Evening all
just wanted to share my experience as I know some have had bad experiences when it comes to phone interviews/assessments
just wanted to share my experience as I know some have had bad experiences when it comes to phone interviews/assessments
I had mine last Tuesday the lady who conducted it was lovely she had read my medical notes was very aware of my conditions the the whole phone call took an hour she didn’t try to catch me out with my answers either even though the I thought the phone assessment went well I didn’t get my hopes us as I’m aware they can be nice on the phone and put something totally different in my medical report
well I received my medical report yesterday which was very accurate about everything we spoke over the phone with no hidden surprises
i hope everyone else’s assessment goes well if you have one over the phone

Had my telephone assessment 22nd June, didn't go well, only lasted 20mins. How long do you think I will have to wait before I get a decision.
Thanks H. -
Sorry to hear it didn’t go well
i rang Dwp when they text me to say they had received my medical report and was told a decision normally takes between 6-8 weeks
make sure you ring and request a copy of your report and that will give you some idea of how it went fingers crossed

After waiting 5 months from applying my husband has received his telephone appt letter this morning for Monday morning appt. Do they go through the form you fill in, section by section or do they focus on key points where they need more specifics please.
