ESA medical assessment over phone

Hi I am new here, i have been on esa contribution and it is due to end on July 13. He had a telephone medical assessment a week ago. Can I request a copy of the assessment? Who do I contact? Thankyou

Hi and welcome to the community, you can usually request a copy of the report approx 7 days after the assessment for PIP so I am presuming an ESA assessment would be the same.
You just need to call DWP same as for any enquiry0 -
