Hi everyone I’m Charlotte. can someone send me a link where I can view the award review form please. and also a up to date points descriptor sheet please. do I need to treat the award review like a new claim? thanks to you all ?

@Username_removed thanks I will do. will they compare my one from 3 years ago to my new claim? like why didn’t she put this and that on my old claim. just to give me a heads up that’s all.

@Username_removed once my award review is due based on what’s in the form and new documentation can they extend it? Or do you have to go to a medical assessment when there back on. as I’ve heard some people can get it if they have enough information ect ect
