Dyspraxia

I got diagnosed in January and then I had to go through the realisation that I was vaguly normal.
In the lockdown, I have these achy hands that I know are in my head because I tested it. I tod myself that there was no pandemic, and the pain went away.
It's getting me really down, as well as my dyspraxia and I don't know what to do.

Hi @Awesomelorenzo. Are you feeling particularly anxious about the pandemic and your recent diagnosis? Have you spoken to your GP about it at all? They may be your best bet to point you in the direction of some local help with how you're feeling.

Hi I'm very sorry to hear that as anxieties and achy hands isn't uncommon. I'm actually starting up a support group for dyspraxics and been running coaching workshops via zoom since the lockdown on various challenges/topics using a lot of creative methods. Feel free to message me if your interested. Chris

I had a blood test and nothing came up. I'm just nervous, I think.
