Hey all, I'm 37 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia earlier this year. Finding it difficult to adjust and lockdown hasn't helped, so any and all info would be much appreciated ??.
Cheers.
Cheers.

Hi @Subzer0_Scorpion - & welcome to the community. We have many members here who unfortunately have fibromyalgia. I see Steve has therefore sent you several links about those that suffer this.I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (the hypermobile type), & the pain we have is most likened to fibromyalgia, so appreciate what you're going through. If pain is your most prevalent problem, there's also some info Scope has provided, which includes a link to the Physiotherapy Pain Association. Please see: https://ppa.csp.org.uk/content/links As a physio who now has pain issues, I can wholly endorse this site, which I hope may help. Lockdown certainly hasn't helped many of us, but keeps us safe. Do try to exercise gently as much as you can, as inactivity can worsen the pain you have. Please keep in touch, & let us all know how you're doing.
