Anyone know communication with Assessor during PIP assessment considered as "engage" or not?
I believe during this activity assessor just ask questions and claimant answer to questions.
If claimant answer to questions - mean engage well.
If claimant under any reason not answer/communicate - assessment stops and PIP refusal given.
Few days ago there I read discussion where was link to UT decision which states that some type of communication can't be considered as engaging with other people (like when person shopping and talking with shop staff). Unfortunately can't find this post again.
