    HI,

They may have requested the statement of reasons and record of proceedings from HMCTS, if they have then this will delay paying any backdated money owed and putting the award into payment.

You can either leave a message on your journal or ring them and speak to your case manager to ask.

I see by a previous thread of yours that you were advised to get some expert advice regarding your previous ESA claim and the SDP, were you able to get some advice regarding that?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

All i can suggest is that you ring again and this time ask to speak to your case manager.
