Hi all because I was trying to get though to pip for over an hour today I gave up and contacted my local citizens advice and explaned about having my phone call terminated because I failed 2 security questions ( I was asking how long to receive a reply) and I would have to apply again the very nice gentleman said that I should still be in the system. I hope he is right.
