HI and welcome,Great news on the Tribunal win. It can take between 2-8 weeks to receive backdated money after a Tribunal win. DWP sometimes request the statement of reasons but rare appeal the decision. If they do request the SOR they need to do so within 1 month from the date of the decision. If they do request it, it doesn't mean they're appealing it.You've done all you can now, all you can do is wait for DWP to pay you what they owe you and put the award into payment. Hopefully not too long.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
