Ooh I liked "you" "stranger things"
And "little fires everywhere"...
I'm now worried I'm mixing up my netflix with my Nowtv ...but never mind lol -
My son likes stranger things watched it couple times dont think it's my cup of tea
-
I keep meaning to go back to Breaking Bad as everyone seemed to say good stuff a out it but I'm sometimes put off starting anything long running that I didnt watch when it came out...same with how to get away with murder...it goes on...lol
Generally I like supernatural, scary thriller horror type stuff ...think that may be the depression...lol cant stand a rom/com anymore...
Also like the scandi dramas...Fauda was good.. -
I started the how to get away with murder but didn't hold my attention. I don't like scary or sci fi lol
I like crime, true stories like the off rom com and like action -
The Crown and Dynasty.

Thanks @RAwarrior The Crown is on my list ready to watch

You’re welcome ?
I really enjoyed The Crown. I won’t spoil it but I thought the acting was really great? -
I don’t know if either of these are on Netflix, they are just programmes I like that may fit what you are looking for.
Robin Hood (BBC version) is good if you like action programmes. It is PG so not too violent or scary. It also has some humour. Whether it is a true story or not depends if you believe in Robin Hood but it seems true to life when portraying the old days and I really like it.
Maybe this isn’t such a good suggestion because it is both science fiction and a little bit scary, but Torchwood is a bit of a detective show. I describe it as being like Doctor Who for grown ups. It is about a unit called Torchwood who are like detectives who investigate alien sightings.

Thanks for the suggestions @66Mustang

Please let me know what you think of The Crown once you have watched it.?
It would be also interesting to know what people think of the new version of Dynasty? I do like a large variety of programmes ?though not only soap operas?
I need to look for some wildlife and nature programmes on Netflix as well. -

I like the eden channel which is great for wildlife programmes and david attenborough dynasties is good too -
Its not netflix but on amazon prime atm i'm watching 6 seasons of "the last ship" made 6 years ago but very relevant today as it's about a pandemic that kills 5 billion people, if you have prime I recommend it, i'm on season 4 so far.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

I watched Picard on Amazon Prime for any of those Star Trek fans out there. It took a while to get into but I enjoyed it? -
I don’t know if desperate housewives is on Netflix but I watched all eight series back to back recently, honestly those writers!

@Cress Breaking Bad is SO good. Definitely one of my favourite TV shows, if not my favourite TV show, of all time. I'm sure it's not for everyone, but I'd definitely recommend sticking with it. They made a spin-off of it called Better Call Saul and that's amazing too.

Tidying Up with Marie Kondo on Netflix.
I don’t usually watch programmes like this but it has given me some good tips about how to organise things which I can find quite difficult because of my joints and fatigue. I find it difficult to move and lift things so I have found some useful tips. I haven’t watched the whole series yet.
