Hayall, first time on these things so here goes. ...
just looking to be able to talk to someone as it’s been a long time for me, without any friends. Sad I know lol but isolating ( not just in lockdown) will do that.

Not wanting to date, just want to be able to talk to people that “get it”. Any advice about how this all works will be appreciated ??

Hi @Glitter17! Welcome to the community, I'm glad you've found us.
I'm sorry that you haven't had anyone to talk to, but you've come to the right place
The best place to start would probably be to look through our categories of discussion to see if anything catches your eye. You can find this by clicking the 'helpful groups' link in the blue box on the home screen.
If you're looking for general chit chat to get to know other people, I think the Coffee Lounge is your best bet. This is where our members play games, discuss a range of topics, post pictures of their art projects, and so much more!
Would you like to start off by telling us a bit about yourself?
The community can take a little while to get used to, so if you need any more help navigating the site, working out how to edit your profile, or anything else, then please just let us know. -
Hello @Glitter17. I too came here after a good 5 years of isolating myself and trying to come to terms with my difference. Welcome!
