    Threw away the second lot of filo pastry that I'd got to make baklava then left to go past its use by...
    Next time I'll stick it in the freezer...

    I love baklava but only ever had it from a shop, I bet home made baklava is nice.

    Indeed it is...when I can motivate myself to make it ..lol
    I like store bought as well, but sometimes find it a bit too sweet.
