Hi everyone!
I am a student at college. I am 20 years old. My mum can't get child benefit anymore am I allowed to get ESA? (I have learning difficulties and an EHCP). We have no money now. What do I do?

HI and welcome,Thanks @steve51 for the tag,Unfortunately Income Related ESA no longer exists and all areas are now Universal Credit. As you're living at home then you won't be able to claim UC because you're a student. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/universal-credit-and-studentsMay i ask if you're receiving either DLA or PIP?

You say you have no money now, is your mum entitled to any benefits or anything, you may not be entitled to the child benefits now but maybe entitled yo other benefits dependant on circumstances
