NHG group

Hi everyone, I havent really mentioned about my housing before, I live in a NHG group property (Halls type) I have my own room, but the rest of the building is shared. I was wondering if I could get some advice on something, The boiler in the complex seems to go down every so often, so this means no hot water to do dishes or to wash clothes/myself properly.
Also our Housing association now only have a receptionist on two days per week for post collection and to report repairs other than those on the app. I am finding it increasingly difficult due to issues on the corridor where I live there are about 13 residents on my side of the corridor, and there are a couple the others and myself dont get on with. we usually get a stern glance and then a huff and they look away. at this point I usually have my headphones in so I dont even get involved with them.
I wanted to find out my rights in this situation I am sure not having hot water for more than a few days is illegal in one way or another.
any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Tommyb92 I am sorry to hear about your housing situations maybe CAB can giver you some advice
As for the other residents your HA should have a anti social behaviour process, but then again if they are not really doing anything anti social this may not be appropriate. While I understand you dont get on with them if they are not causing any harm then I suggest you try and engage with them
You may find they just dont know who you are and what you are about0 -
HI,I don't think it's illegal but it's certainly not nice not to be able to wash or do anything else because you don't have hotwater when you want it. Only thing i can advise is ringing the housing association when they are open or if they have an email address where you can email them?0

Hi @Tommyb92, how are things today? Sounds like things have been really tough.
