I am so sorry to hear that! I'm currently in this process myself and you've got 30 days to file for a Mandatory Reconsideration notice, you can call, but often the best method is to put in writing which descriptors apply to you and examples what happened when you did each descriptor you think applies to you. I also put evidence in with mine from my gp, psychologist etc to support my claims. Don't worry, it's not the end of the road!

Hi and welcome,When you filled out the form did you put as much relevant information as possible? I note that you said the HCP didn't put down all your problems but they can't do this if you don't tell them.Anyway, your next step is to request the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) See link for a form to download, print and fill in.For the MR you should state where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why. Then add a couple of recent real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Stating where you were, who was with you and a detailed explaination of exactly what happened.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
