When my brother was in primary school he had to do a project on India. As part of the project, you had to make some traditional Indian food. My Mum found (goodness knows where) a recipe for orange juice soup which they then made together, and it is still a running joke among the family that it's probably the worst thing we've ever tasted. I think putting orange in other soups is a real thing, such as carrot and orange soup, but this was definitely not an authentic recipe and it really did taste awful.

I am lucky to have never eaten anything truly disgusting! At least nothing bad enough that I can remember it to share here, anyway!

I also have tried salmon jerky which is really nice and extremely good for you. It is very high in protein and has little fat or carbohydrate.

I once won a month's supply of seaweed crisps. On receiving them I understood why they were being given away. Vile.Online Community Co-ordinator

How can anyone hate crisps, though maybe the seaweed ones though seaweed is quite nice if cooked right
-
That's almost a bannable offence @leeCal

@janer1967 and @Tori_Scope the salt and vinegar crisps chemically burn my lips and cause them to peel slightly! If they didn’t do that I’d just not like the taste and not hate them. ?
i find balsamic vinegar does the same but far less. Just a sensitive soul I guess.“This is my simple religion. No need for temples. No need for complicated philosophy. Your own mind, your own heart is the temple. Your philosophy is simple kindness.”
