Pip higher rate

Hi can anyone advise me on pip rates. My daughter Has MLD learning difficulties she was awarded 10 points on the mobility question . Unable to travel on a unfamiliar route .. The award was given at tribunal in 2019 January . Dose recent changes mean my daughter should be on the higher rate. Thank you x

You need to get 12 points for enhanced rate

What are the recent changes you are referring to -
HI,It's very unlikely because the changes to following and planning a journey were made back in 2016. For the 12 points here it's familiar journies and there's a big difference between the 2.
