I returned my pip form back late by a few days and they closed my claim. I got confused and had the wrong date written down my original was 17 August and they gave me extension to 7 sept but I wrote 17 September so i uploaded on the 11th and they closed my claim.
do I have to call and get a new form and start again? Why can’t they just use my form anyway?
