Hello
I'm starting to plan to move in with my partner within the next few years and was wondering what would happen to my benefits when I declare that I am living with him? I am physically unable to work at the moment due to my disability and all of this is making me very stressed out.
Many thanks

Hi there glad you have joined it isnt easy to answer this without knowing all the info
It will depend what benefits you get if your partner works and so on
You could try using a benefits calculator to enter the information
There are so many things to take into account -
HI,A few years time could make a lot of difference with benefits so my advice is to get advice a few months before you move in, this way you'll know exactly how you're benefits will be affected based on circumstances at the exact time.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
