Hello all Hows everyones weekend been? At the moment it appears alot of us are struggling due to lockdown and routines changing /not seeing our loved ones etc but if anyone would like to talk, just drop me a message in my inbox or wall or comment and we can have a chat.

It's infuriating when pain affects sleep! I hope you're able to catch up on rest.

I'm not too bad thanks, the spells of colder weather is making me really achy, but I have hot water bottles at the ready!
