HI,You should still expect to have your PIP review, unless they contact you before and tell you that your PIP award has been extended. Not everyone of state pension age and above have the 10 year award. There's information here regarding your state pension. https://www.gov.uk/new-state-pension/how-to-claim
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thank you, I just thought I had read Amber Rudd had changed the rules for over 65s, I hadn’t realised that, but thank you for your help

It doesn't apply to all those of state pension age and above. It applies to those who's conditions are unlikely to change. We have got some members here on the community who are of thise age and have very recently had a review.

Thank you. What a waste of time doing this. I know my medical condition will never change, and many more I think will be the same. Thanks again

im 67 and recently have been reassessed after i sent in change of circumstance but all went well and was processed pretty quick. as poppy123456 has pointed out not all who reach state pension age automatically get a 10 year award and think im right in saying it does depend on your condition or conditions not getting any better. (hope ive put that right) my medical conditions got worse also and sent in reports from consultants but still had to be reassessed. you will get a letter about your state pension inviting you to apply for it which shouldnt be long now going by dates you have given.
